Industrial Parks of Regina
There are 6 industrial
areas in the region
1. Ross Industrial
Park is the largest fully serviced industrial area in the region.
It is developed and marketed by the City of Regina. The IC &
I division of the Association of Regina Realtors has a working
arrangement with the city for marketing or city properties, which
allows Lloyd Realty Ltd. To assist buyers as an independent consulting
agent. Land prices start at $ 60,000 for large parcels.
2. The former Saskatchewan
Economic Development Office developed an industrial park north
of the Regina City limits. It is currently known as the North
Industrial Park. There is still a reasonable supply of land in
the area priced from $22,000 per acre. All of the originally subdivided lots have now been sold and developed. Resale properties come available from time to time.
3. To the east of
the IPSCO plant and Sedco Park is an emerging area known as the
Sherwood Industrial Area. Lots are available from $22,500 per
acre. There is no sewer or water services available so wells
and septic are used in this area.
4. Tuxedo Industrial
Park is located rather centrally in Regina and to the east of
the downtown area. It is an area that moved from residential
to industrial over many years and is slowly converting further
and further to an industrial area. Prices vary widely, but the
average price for a lot in this area is $40,000 per acre.
5. Great Plains Industrial
Park is located on the #1 Highway 12 minutes east of the Regina
City limits. It is slowly expanding and has an abundance of land
inventory. Full services are available, however water and sewer
line extensions are to the cost of the developer. There is still
a good supply of smaller lots on the existing lines. Prices start
at $20,000 per acre.
6. West Regina has
an area zoned industrial in the RM of Sherwood. A good supply
of large and small parcels is available in the area from $ 40,000
per acre. Sewer and Water are by well and septic.
